Returning Home

What I like most in =DothackersDaichi's works is the great expressivity and balance he always puts in his fractals. This one has a great composition as well, with a soft gentle flow and a pleasant slow dynamic. Colors, shadows and tones are nicely chosen, getting a nice hue contrast, and the textures are just incredible, it reminds me of smoke and wool, felt, painted tissue. The only little flaw in my opinion is the extreme amount of white, that seems to overlap the shapes and hides details that maybe were worth seeing. Anyway, it enhances the minimalistic look, that is surely intentional, making everything vanish in a soft cloud of light. A very original and particular piece of art, showing once again the very personal style of the artist, and his great experimental care.
